Motivating your team requires many factors. A team whose members have a unified purpose, sense the challenge in their objective, have a strong sense of team, have a personal responsibility for the outcome, and experience team building growth and in their personal lives, will tend to achieve motivation over the long haul.
Even though all these elements may be present in your team you may still enter difficulties at times. Your team building needs will change as your team members will also morph throughout each event or activity you engage in, or that members’ wants and needs won’t change over time.
